All rights are reserved and unauthorized duplication or usage in whole or part is a direct violation of applicable copyright laws. Image alteration is also a direct violation of United States copyright laws. Fraudulent copyright notices and/or the removal of a JABcomix copyright notice are criminal offenses. 17 U.S.C. § 506

Any person or entity who obtains, or has custody or control of, any image copyrighted by XPosh LLC consents to the personal jurisdiction of the State of New Jersey as the forum to resolve any and all disputes that may arise between XPosh LLC and any such person or entity.

FILE SHARING/USENET/FORUM posting

The unauthorized posting of copyrighted JABcomix images or movies to the Newsgroups, web forums, or any other image/file sharing site is illegal. XPosh LLC will prosecute violators and seek damages to the statutory maximum of $150,000 per image. 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2)
